You must complete your application within three days of starting it for it to be processed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EXPECTED DURATION:<\/strong>\u00a012 weeks (part-time; 21 hours\/week)<\/p>\n<p><strong>PAY RATE:<\/strong>\u00a0$13.75\/hour<\/p>\n<p><strong>POSITION DESCRIPTION:<\/strong>\u00a0Assist with ticket operations for upcoming performances, which helps increase Wolf Traps exposure and reputation. Handle requests, and assist with performances at The Barns at Wolf Trap. Applicants should be personable as they will interact directly with patrons, group leaders, and donors.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide relevant ticket information to internal and external customers<\/li>\n<li>Financial reconciliation and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Learn ProVenue ticketing system and relevant ticketing reports<\/li>\n<li>Assist with proofing Filene Center audits, artist and donor presales, and VIP Packages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong customer service skills, business writing, creativity, and initiative<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding writing, communication, and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Enthusiasm and initiative<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Undergraduate students (must have completed at least\u00a01 year of undergraduate study)<\/li>\n<li>Graduate students<\/li>\n<li>Recent graduates (up to 2 years out of school)<\/li>\n<li>Career-changers currently enrolled in a degree program<\/li>\n<li>International students (J-1 or F-1 Visa required)<\/li>\n<li>Must be physically located in and have a local address in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia for the duration of their employment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75 percent of the time<\/li>\n<li>Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment (i.e. calculator, copier, printer, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Occasionally required to walk, stoop, bend and reach with arms<\/li>\n<li>Lift\/move up to 10 pounds infrequently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We\u2019re pleased to consider applicants who will be physically located in and who will have a local address in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia for the duration of their employment.\u00a0The Foundation does not offer fully remote work for any positions.
