As Multifamily Business Development Intern will leverage AI tools, Dodge construction data, and modern prospecting strategies to identify, engage, and qualify high-value developer opportunities for Allegion\u2019s multifamily sales team.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><i>Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. The company does not intend to provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, TN, etc.) for this employment position.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop marketing strategies to target Multifamily Developers<\/li>\n<li>Use our digital tools and marketing collateral to differentiate Allegion solutions<\/li>\n<li>Review Multifamily Dodge leads and identify target opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Utilize AI to generate Multifamily developer target list and senior level contacts.<\/li>\n<li>Develop prospecting skills to target developers and owners through email, social media and telephone calls.<\/li>\n<li>Develop target account queries in Dodge to share with members of the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate and share qualified leads with Multifamily Consultants and Virtual Sales Consultants<\/li>\n<li>CRM &amp; Data Management: document prospecting efforts in CRM via call reports and product forecasting<\/li>\n<li>Participate in Allegion product and sales training sessions and Multifamily Project tracker meetings<\/li>\n<li>Gain an understanding of how new construction and renovation projects are developed, furnished, and completed.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain the experience to create a foundation for growth and future opportunities with Allegion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You Need to Succeed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a bachelor\u2019s degree in business, marketing, architectural, construction, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Completed junior year or above by the start of the internship<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative e.g. school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, leadership on school or work projects, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for creating relationships<\/li>\n<li>Competitive spirit and desire to be a part of a winning team<\/li>\n<li>High internal motivation, creativity, and forward-thinking ability<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills; in particular must be comfortable creating and delivering recommendations and information to a group<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills and technologically savvy<\/li>\n<li>Ability to stay organized and detail oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Why Work for Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Allegion is a Great Place to Grow your Career if:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You&#8217;re seeking a rewarding opportunity that allows you to truly help others.\u00a0 With thousands of employees and customers around the world, there\u2019s plenty of room to make an impact.
