You\u2019ll play an important role in fostering independence, community inclusion, and person\u2011centered support.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the service plan, you may provide support in the individual\u2019s home, in community settings, or both. This position requires working independently while collaborating with the individual, their broker, and their circle of support.
