Role Overview<\/h3>\n

As an Entry-Level Holiday Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in researching, planning, and coordinating personalised holiday experiences. You will help travellers explore destinations, compare accommodation and transport options, and organise travel arrangements that meet their individual preferences and budgets.<\/p>\n

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy researching destinations, communicating with people, and providing excellent customer service.<\/p>\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n

Consult with clients to understand their holiday preferences, interests, and requirements.<\/p>\n

Research worldwide destinations, accommodation, cruises, and travel packages.<\/p>\n

Prepare personalised holiday recommendations and detailed travel itineraries.<\/p>\n

Coordinate reservations for accommodation, flights, cruises, excursions, and ground transportation.<\/p>\n

Provide accurate information regarding travel documentation, booking conditions, and supplier policies.<\/p>\n

Maintain organised client records and follow up on travel enquiries.<\/p>\n

Deliver professional customer service throughout the planning and booking process.<\/p>\n
