{"id":110847,"date":"2026-09-16T17:28:28","date_gmt":"2026-09-16T17:28:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/digital-media-lead\/"},"modified":"2026-10-13T08:15:38","modified_gmt":"2026-10-13T12:15:38","slug":"digital-media-lead","status":"publish","type":"ch_job","link":"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/career-development\/job\/digital-media-lead\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Media Lead"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Digital Media Lead<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Hybrid \u2013 Miami, FL<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARC Group is recruiting for a Fortune 500 company in the hospitality industry<\/strong> seeking a detail-oriented Digital Media Lead to manage the day-to-day execution, optimization, and coordination of paid digital media campaigns.<\/p>\n<h3>Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage paid media campaigns across <strong>paid search, display, social, DCO, and partner\/co-brand channels<\/strong>, including setup, launch, optimization, and QA.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate campaign calendars, promotional information, creative assets, tracking requirements, and other inputs with media agencies and internal teams.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>audience segmentation, targeting, suppression lists, and CDP audience libraries<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Own <strong>pixel and tag implementation<\/strong>, including Tealium tickets, tracking QA, and coordination with BI\/technology teams.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee DCO campaign execution, including feeds, creative assets, APIs, QA, and optimization.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate co-brand and partner campaigns, including tracking, billing, creative, compliance, and timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure campaigns launch accurately and on time while identifying and resolving tracking, creative, audience, and execution issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>3+ years of experience in <strong>paid media, digital marketing, campaign management, or a related field<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with <strong>paid search, social, and\/or display advertising<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>audience segmentation, campaign tracking, pixels\/tags, and QA<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>Tealium or another tag management platform<\/strong> strongly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management and communication skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and media agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with <strong>DCO, CDP platforms, or audience management<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Hospitality, travel, cruise, or large e-commerce experience is preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Position Details<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Location:<\/strong> Miami, FL<br \/><strong>Work Arrangement:<\/strong> Hybrid<br \/><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Temporary \/ Contract<br \/><strong>Industry:<\/strong> Fortune 500 Hospitality Company<\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates should contact:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daniel (D.A.)
