This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your love of golf with the rewarding experience of mentoring and teaching young players in a fun, supportive environment.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Instruct youth golfers in fundamental skills including grip, stance, swing mechanics, and course etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate golf lessons and curriculum for beginner to intermediate junior players<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and manage groups of youth participants in a safe and positive learning environment<\/li>\n<li>Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and a lifelong love of the game<\/li>\n<li>Communicate progress and feedback to parents and program coordinators<\/li>\n<li>Set up and break down equipment and instructional materials before and after sessions<\/li>\n<li>Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth participants<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience playing golf with a solid understanding of the game&#8217;s fundamentals<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience working with children or youth in a teaching, coaching, or mentoring capacity<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and classroom management skills<\/li>\n<li>Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development<\/li>\n<li>Must be available weekdays between 2:00-8:00pm for afterschool and evening classes<\/li>\n<li>CPR\/First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain<\/li>\n<li>Reliable transportation to program locations in the Farmington, Cottage Grove and Lakeville, MN area<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Us:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TGA of the Twin Cities is a premier youth golf and tennis enrichment program dedicated to growing the game from the ground up in communities across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area.
