Finance Data Analytics Intern:\u00a0Our Corporate Accounting & Finance Department is looking for a driven Finance Data Analytics Intern.\u00a0 This position can be located at the Corporate Offices either in Onalaska, WI or DeForest, WI.<\/p>\n
Job Purpose:\u00a0 The intern will be responsible for pulling data from our general ledger and other Kwik Trip systems in order to provide real-time data driven analysis and insight into income and expense accounts across the enterprise.\u00a0 The person will work with all levels of management and non-management co-workers to analyze data to improve corporate profitability.<\/p>\n
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Design, enhance, and maintain measurement tools, KPI\u2019s, dashboards, and reports<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Gather, translate, and deliver technical information to stakeholders<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Research, identify, and analyze income and expense data to identify opportunities\u00a0for improvement<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Develop efficient methods of data collection<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Currently attending school for Accounting, Finance,\u00a0Data Analytics, Economics,\u00a0Mathematics, or Statistics<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Possess strong data analysis skills<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Ability to read, understand, and interpret numbers<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Accurate and detail orientated<\/p>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Possess strong customer service skills<\/p>\n

Work Schedule:\u00a0 This is a paid internship opportunity. Interested applicants must be willing to work approximately 15+ hours per week (Monday through Friday during school), with the option to work full time during school breaks.<\/p>\n
