At the center of it all is our\u00a0<strong>amazing team<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Responsibilities and Duties Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform store inspections to ensure adherence to Imperial\u2019s Service Excellence standards.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct Store Quality Reviews.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the evaluation and selection of qualified candidates; Execute and monitor training plan; Evaluate trainees; Conduct meetings with salespeople on a regular basis.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching and developing the RSM team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain service levels to acceptable standards; Ensure store service schedules are adhered to; Assist with store service as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Full responsibility of all merchandising tasks associated with remodels, new store set-ups and updates in self-serviced stores in assigned area.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read and implement planograms.<\/li>\n<li>Control expenses within budget guidelines; Monitor and approve mileage and expense reports; Ensure timely completion of all related paperwork; Review weekly service reports from RSM&#8217;s<\/li>\n<li>Build relationships with store owners and managers and other staff to maximize sales opportunities; Assure customer satisfaction with Imperial.<\/li>\n<li>Driving sales growth and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Ownership of KPIs (service levels, selling expense, audits, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Cross-functional collaboration with Account Managers and Category Managers<\/li>\n<li>Build year over year sales.<\/li>\n<li>Other duties and tasks as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree preferred.
