The Style Advisors takes direction from the Shop MOD on business strategy and action plans to ensure maximum productivity and compliance with all company policies and procedures. The\u00a0Style Advisors also assists with the timely and accurate completion of operational tasks.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n SALES & SERVICE:<\/p>\n \u2022Achievement of assigned monthly sales goals (individual contribution to total monthly store goal)<\/p>\n \u2022Ensure an unparalleled customer experience for all visitors to The Shop and to Equinox<\/p>\n \u2022Maintain knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs and products<\/p>\n OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:<\/p>\n \u2022Understands and upholds all loss prevention and inventory management policies on a consistent basis<\/p>\n \u2022Ensures personal comprehension of all communication and training materials, and assists Shop MOD with timely\/accurate completion of all assigned operational tasks<\/p>\n PRODUCT & PRESENTATION<\/p>\n \u2022Assists Shop MOD to ensure that The Shop is reflective of the company brand standards; i.e., through assisting with execution of merchandising and marketing direction, and through adherence to The Shop dress code<\/p>\n \u2022Maintains excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, at cash wraps and in stockrooms<\/p>\n PROFESSIONAL DIMENSION<\/p>\n \u2022Builds effective relationships and partnerships with fellow employees, colleagues, supervisors and clients<\/p>\n \u2022Maintains working knowledge of happenings and general standards and practices outside of The Shop, in other departments to encourage camaraderie and team spirit<\/p>\n \u2022Complies with and enforces all company policies and procedures; embraces and supports company initiatives<\/p>\n \u2022Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels with both tact and diplomacy<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Qualifications<\/p>\n To successfully perform in this role, the individual should meet the following minimum requirements and qualifications:<\/p>\n \u2022 The ability to take direction<\/p>\n \u2022 Experience in a customer service business; preferably in retail<\/p>\n \u2022 Hardworking and diligent, possessing both honesty and personal integrity<\/p>\n \u2022 Excellent time management, organizational, problem solving and communication skills<\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to utilize new techniques and ideas<\/p>\n \u2022 Be available to work a varied schedule, based on the needs of our unique retail business<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:<\/p>\n As a member of the Equinox Team you will receive:<\/p>\n – Competitive Compensation<\/p>\n – Complimentary Club Membership<\/p>\n – Discounts on services, products and much more<\/p>\n<\/p>\n Additional Information<\/p>\n AS A MEMBER OF THE EQUINOX TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \n<\/ul>\n Pay Transparency – $18.72\/hour;\u00a0ability to earn additional incentives<\/strong><\/p>\n This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
