The role<\/strong><\/h3>\n

As a BDR, your main role will be to drive new pipeline for account executives. New logos will be your focus, but nurturing existing logos will be a focus as well. Being a master in cold prospecting and attending trade shows will be how you will excel in this role. A clear path to AE is here, come show us you want it.<\/p>\n

Why this BDR job is different<\/strong><\/h3>\n

1. You sell into an industry we actually know.<\/strong> Our team broke door-to-door pest control rookie records and ran pest control businesses before building Sellify AI. You’ll be selling to people whose work you genuinely understand \u2014 and you’ll have ammo most BDRs would kill for.<\/p>\n

2. You travel where the deals happen.<\/strong> 1\u20132 trips per month to PestWorld, Ignite, and regional shows. Conversations that take 6 weeks over email happen in 6 minutes at a booth.<\/p>\n

3. Promotion to AE in 12\u201318 months is real.<\/strong> Concrete bar, clear path, no vague “someday” language. Hit it and you graduate.<\/p>\n

What you’ll do<\/strong><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Prospect pest control operators through phone, email, and LinkedIn<\/li>\n
  • Travel 1\u20132x\/month to industry conferences and on-site prospect visits<\/li>\n
  • Research accounts deeply before reaching out \u2014 operator size, current software, growth signals<\/li>\n
  • Book Qualified First Meetings for AEs<\/li>\n
  • Hit monthly meeting-set quotas<\/li>\n
  • Be in our Logan office every day you’re not traveling<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    You’ll fit if you<\/strong><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Have 1\u20133 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS, D2D, or summer sales \u2014 we care about the results, not the channel)<\/li>\n
    • Can name real numbers<\/strong> \u2014 meetings booked, deals closed, where you ranked<\/li>\n
    • Have pest control or service-industry experience (door-to-door background is a strong plus)<\/li>\n
    • \nActually want to travel.<\/strong> This role is wrong if you need to be home every night<\/li>\n
    • Are willing to be in Logan every day you’re not on the road<\/li>\n
    • Apply feedback to the next call, not next quarter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bonus:<\/strong> PestPac, FieldRoutes, or other pest-software familiarity \u00b7 conference selling experience \u00b7 daily AI tool use<\/p>\n

      • \nOTE:<\/strong> $60,000\u2013$85,000 (base + meeting bonuses + quarterly accelerators)<\/li>\n
      • \nPromotion:<\/strong> Account Executive in 12\u201318 months for consistent performers<\/li>\n
      • \nTravel:<\/strong> Company-paid<\/li>\n
      • \nRelocation:<\/strong> Up to $3,000 for moves to Cache Valley<\/li>\n
      • \nOther:<\/strong> Unlimited PTO, parental leave, full equipment, training budget<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Compensation<\/h2>\n
