Our home-based program offers personalized interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) that strive to support, celebrate, and empower the individuals we serve.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><br \/>We are seeking dedicated and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral support services for clients across the lifespan. BCBAs will provide consultation and guidance to clients, caregivers, and team members; develop comprehensive treatment plans; supervise staff; and promote best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP Supervise and train ABA Technicians.<\/li>\n<li>Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with funding sources and maintain accurate documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure ethical and legal compliance in all aspects of service delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate proficiency in crisis prevention and intervention strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with current research and maintain certification requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For: Required:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Current certification as a BCBA\/BCBA-D (BACB) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Michigan.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s or doctoral degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Valid driver\u2019s license and reliable transportation.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexibly in various settings and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3) or more years\u2019 experience as a BCBA.<\/li>\n<li>Two (2) or more years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related disabilities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience supervising ABA Behavior Technicians, and\/or BCBA\/BCaBA graduate\/practicum students.<\/li>\n<li>Background working in multiple environments, including homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to assume various postures for extended periods (kneeling, squatting, crawling).<\/li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to implement approved crisis prevention and physical management techniques when required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join our Team?<\/strong><br \/>As an employee-centered organization, we are committed to investing in YOU!
