We will guide you in finding success as an SDR and help you continue to grow as a sales professional! You will have an opportunity to work with sales leaders and founders of the company to continuously learn and grow. We are always looking to promote rockstars!<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>We are a startup at the end of the day so we wear a lot of hats! Some expected parts of the role are as follows:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prospecting and generating leads from a variety of sources<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating and working with an experienced Account Executive to strategically land outbound prospects and accounts<\/li>\n<li>Qualifying prospects and collecting as much critical information necessary to best prepare the Account Executives for the next meeting<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with marketing and other cross functional teams to help align messaging and drive more interest<\/li>\n<li>Providing initial demos of the Uncountable platform (If someone says, \u201cShow me what you got,\u201d you need to be ready!)<\/li>\n<li>Leverage sales tools: SFDC, Zoominfo, Linkedin Sales Nav, and Gong.<\/li>\n<li>Learn about the industries we serve: materials science, chemistry, and biology.<\/li>\n<li>Exceed your goals and work towards a merit-based promotion.<\/li>\n<li>Attend conferences around the country.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>We are looking for<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A hard-worker. You are in a startup and might take on roles that are outside of your job description. If you hustle and continue to improve, you\u2019ll succeed.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in cold outreach means you know what it&#8217;s like to have monthly quotas and how to reach goals.<\/li>\n<li>Data-driven decision-making &#8211; You\u2019ll have a bunch of leads to work through, and not everyone can be sequenced. Stay organized and make smart decisions!<\/li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn and continue to improve<\/li>\n<li>Availability to travel 25% of the time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding\/some experience with outbound prospecting<\/li>\n<li>Past experience working in a start-up<\/li>\n<li>Business Background or knowledge of chemistry, materials science, or a science-related subject<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work Authorization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Please note: We are unable to provide work visa sponsorship for this role.
