2029.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Academic performance:\u00a0<\/strong>Minimum\u00a0overall GPA of 2.8.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Transportation:\u00a0<\/strong>Must have reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location.<strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<strong>Geographic flexibility:\u00a0<\/strong>Willingness to\u00a0relocate\u00a0to an ADM location needs.\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The audit\u2019s role is to assist ADM management by providing independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to make valuable contributions and improve the organization\u2019s operations.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Utilize a systematic and disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our organization&#8217;s risk management, control, and governance processes.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate to conduct risk-based audits of ADM or third-party facilities throughout the United States.<\/li>\n<li>Learn business objectives, risks to meeting objectives, and controls to mitigate those risks.<\/li>\n<li>Review, assimilate, and logically document work procedures while providing ADM leadership with information, analysis, and recommendations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pursuing a four-year degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum 2.8 GPA<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written and\u00a0 time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to function effectively, both independently and with a team, as well as the ability to collaborate within various levels of an organization<\/li>\n<li>Proficient Microsoft Office Skills (Excel data tables, pivots, lookups, Access, PowerPoint, etc.) and interests
