The Medical Affairs Division of J&amp;J Innovative Medicine provides practical, industry-specific scientific and analytical experience.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson &amp; Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Immunology U.S. Medical Affairs Strategy &amp; Execution intern located in Horsham, PA. This position will be part of the Program Management and Clinical Operations Teams with Immunology U.S. Medical Affairs.<\/p>\n<p>The Strategy &amp; Execution intern will coordinate across workgroups, assist with clinical program management of ongoing and new research activities (company sponsored trials and interval safety reports) and support specific projects within the immunology group. The Strategy &amp; Execution intern will also assist with short and long-term strategic planning including integrated evidence generation planning and business planning activities.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively with US Immunology Medical Affairs Staff under the direction of a Strategy &amp; Execution Lead supporting ongoing projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist with activities and projects within U.S. Medical Affairs including but not limited to the creation and maintenance of metrics, creation of dashboards and PowerPoint presentations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in ongoing team meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Be exposed to various functions within the larger Immunology Medical Affairs\/Research &amp; Development\/Commercial organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and deliver an end-of-summer presentation to senior leadership highlighting your work and key contributions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Eligibility Criteria<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enrolled in an accredited college\/university pursuing a Bachelor\u2019s degree in a science-related field (e.g., Biochemistry\/Biology\/Chemistry\/ Health Science, Health Policy, Public Health, Business) or graduate study in PharmD, PhD, MPH or other master\u2019s program in a science-related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Completed two or three years of college coursework<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
