You\u2019ll spend a large portion of your day making outbound calls, speaking with homeowners, generating interest, and connecting qualified clients with Licensed Loan Officers.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mortgage experience is not required. <\/strong>We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and opportunities to pursue mortgage licensing and advance into a Licensed Loan Officer role.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You\u2019ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective clients<\/li>\n<li>Speak with homeowners and build rapport over the phone<\/li>\n<li>Identify client needs and generate interest in mortgage opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with leads and transfer qualified clients to Licensed Loan Officers<\/li>\n<li>Learn mortgage products, sales techniques, and the loan process<\/li>\n<li>Work toward individual and team performance goals<\/li>\n<li>Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from sales leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive, motivated, and results-driven<\/li>\n<li>Confident and professional on the phone<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable making outbound calls throughout the workday<\/li>\n<li>Motivated by commission and earning potential<\/li>\n<li>Coachable and receptive to feedback<\/li>\n<li>Dependable with consistent attendance<\/li>\n<li>Interested in building a long-term career in sales<\/li>\n<li>Available Monday\u2013Friday from 9:00 AM\u20136:00 PM<\/li>\n<li>Able to work 100% on-site<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, automotive sales, wireless sales, hospitality, recruiting, or another performance-based environment is a plus, <strong>but not required.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Career Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This position is designed for individuals who want to grow within the mortgage industry.
