This role is responsible for growing annual giving, strengthening donor relationships, and ensuring supporters remain connected to the life-changing impact of Scouting. The position serves as a fundraising specialist focused on annual campaigns, donor stewardship, donor communications, and volunteer engagement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Do<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and grow the Council&#8217;s annual giving program and fundraising campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Develop strategies to increase donor participation and annual fund revenue.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate volunteer fundraising efforts and leadership giving initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute donor recognition and stewardship programs.<\/li>\n<li>Create meaningful donor communications, including newsletters, impact reports, and campaign updates.<\/li>\n<li>Strengthen relationships with donors, volunteers, alumni, and community leaders.<\/li>\n<li>Track fundraising progress and provide reporting to leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We&#8217;re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree required.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of five years of fundraising, nonprofit development, relationship management, sales, marketing, or related experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Experience engaging volunteers, donors, or community stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>CRM\/database experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Passion for helping youth and strengthening communities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why Join Us?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to make a lasting impact on youth throughout the St. Louis region<\/li>\n<li>Mission-driven culture focused on leadership development and community service<\/li>\n<li>Professional growth and advancement opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive benefits package<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary: <\/strong>$80,000-$85,000 annually<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Scouting<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For more than a century, Scouting has helped young people develop character, leadership skills, and a commitment to service.
