In this role, you\u2019ll make phone calls and send emails to potential and current clients to build new relationships and strengthen existing ones. You\u2019ll help companies understand how we can support their risk management and compliance needs, including RMP submittals, compliance audits, Process Hazard Analyses (PHAs), and more.<\/p>\n<p>This is primarily an outreach and relationship-building role through phone and email. You\u2019ll work from clear direction and scripts, conduct light research on companies, log every interaction in HubSpot, and play a key part in growing our client base.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct outreach calls and emails to prospective clients (including colder outreach) and warm contacts we\u2019ve worked with in the past<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Perform light research to identify key points of contact and gather useful company information, adding notes into HubSpot<\/li>\n<li>Accurately log all calls, emails, and interactions in CRM Software HubSpot<\/li>\n<li>Follow provided scripts and direction while bringing a natural, personable approach to conversations<\/li>\n<li>Take on additional tasks as needed with a flexible, \u201cready-for-anything\u201d attitude<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Required \/ Strongly Preferred<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Outgoing personality and genuinely comfortable talking to people on the phone (including colder and warmer outreach calls)<\/li>\n<li>Willing and able to do light research on companies and contacts, then document findings in our CRM (HubSpot)<\/li>\n<li>Previous sales, business development, or outbound calling experience<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Organized and consistent with logging every interaction<\/li>\n<li>Reliable follow-through and attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and value propositions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nice-to-Haves (Pluses)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience writing professional outreach emails<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience with CRM systems, especially HubSpot<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly learn industry terminology and value propositions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Why This Role Matters<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll be the friendly, professional voice that helps companies understand how we can support their compliance and risk management needs.
