style=\"text-align:justify\">The Account Manager Intern to the Hill Mechanical Services (\u201cHMS\u201d) division of The Hill Group (\u201cTHG\u201d) liaises closely with the Sales Manager, Senior Account Managers and Junior Account Managers to assist in the accomplishment of department goals.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Key\u00a0Responsibilities:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide support to Senior Account Managers and Junior Account Managers including, but not limited to:\n<ul>\n<li>Perform field surveys to gather information for the creation of PM estimates<\/li>\n<li>Attend regular site visits to survey small equipment repairs<\/li>\n<li>Assist with material ordering, labor coordination, invoicing and project closeout<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Estimate,\u00a0sell,\u00a0start\u00a0up\u00a0and\u00a0manage\u00a0maintenance\u00a0service\u00a0agreements,\u00a0repair work\u00a0and\u00a0projects for\u00a0customers<\/li>\n<li>Provide\u00a0all\u00a0necessary information\u00a0for\u00a0creating\u00a0proposals,\u00a0binding\u00a0proposals,\u00a0and\u00a0delivering\u00a0to\u00a0customers<\/li>\n<li>Review\u00a0service tickets\u00a0for\u00a0follow\u00a0up\u00a0with\u00a0customers<\/li>\n<li>Monitor\u00a0all\u00a0activity daily\u00a0for\u00a0your\u00a0accounts\u00a0and\u00a0proactively\u00a0respond to\u00a0issues<\/li>\n<li>Provide\u00a0due\u00a0diligence for\u00a0customers\u00a0to\u00a0assist\u00a0with\u00a0budgeting,\u00a0tenant\u00a0projects, and\u00a0capital\u00a0projects<\/li>\n<li>Perform\u00a0all\u00a0other\u00a0duties\u00a0as\u00a0assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Experience\u00a0and\u00a0Qualifications:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently pursuing a\u00a0Bachelor\u00a0of\u00a0Science degree\u00a0in Sales, Marketing,\u00a0Mechanical\u00a0Engineering,\u00a0Mechanical\u00a0Engineering\u00a0Technology,\u00a0Building\u00a0Construction\u00a0Management\u00a0or\u00a0related\u00a0major<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency\u00a0in\u00a0all\u00a0Microsoft\u00a0Office Suite\u00a0(Word,\u00a0Excel,\u00a0Outlook and\u00a0PowerPoint)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><u>Other\u00a0Qualifications:<\/u><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Requires\u00a0an\u00a0ability to\u00a0work\u00a0effectively\u00a0and\u00a0efficiently\u00a0under\u00a0pressure\u00a0and\u00a0adjust to\u00a0changing\u00a0situations<\/li>\n<li>Requires\u00a0initiative,\u00a0great\u00a0attention to\u00a0detail,\u00a0accuracy,\u00a0an\u00a0ability\u00a0to\u00a0prioritize\u00a0and\u00a0multi-task<\/li>\n<li>Must\u00a0have\u00a0excellent\u00a0written\u00a0and\u00a0verbal\u00a0communication\u00a0skills<\/li>\n<li>Must\u00a0have\u00a0excellent\u00a0interpersonal\u00a0and\u00a0customer\u00a0services skills,\u00a0and\u00a0maintain a\u00a0positive\u00a0attitude while\u00a0dealing\u00a0professionally\u00a0with\u00a0co-workers,\u00a0clients,\u00a0vendors,\u00a0etc.<\/li>\n<li>Must\u00a0be\u00a0able\u00a0to\u00a0work\u00a0independently\u00a0with\u00a0limited supervision\u00a0while\u00a0still\u00a0being\u00a0a\u00a0team\u00a0player<\/li>\n<li>Must\u00a0be\u00a0dependable,\u00a0organized
