Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct business-to-business sales and customer service with a focus on building and developing relationship with our customer base<\/li>\n<li>Execute on our proven TRS process: 1) build brand awareness, 2) assess customer\u2019s needs, 3) exceed expectations, and 4) build loyalty<\/li>\n<li>Perform basic cashier functions and loading products into customer vehicles<\/li>\n<li>Perform general store maintenance through cleaning and merchandising functions, while also restocking shelves and putting away incoming stock<\/li>\n<li>Analyze basic inventory information to determine product availability and re-order status<\/li>\n<li>Promote our private label brands to maximize TRS gross profit<\/li>\n<li>Educate prospective customers on our competitive advantages (best people, best technology, and best price)<\/li>\n<li>Possess and maintain a thorough understanding of our website and educate customers on how to best-utilize our \u201cBrick and Click\u201d business model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to quickly adapt as business needs change; ability to address difficult situations with diplomacy and emotional intelligence<\/li>\n<li>Service leadership approach with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Preference will be given to juniors and seniors or those graduating in the 2026 or 2027 school years.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Education<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This role does not require a degree.
