You won\u2019t just find a job here; you\u2019ll find your career.\u00a0Review the position below and apply today.<\/p>\n<p>We offer a hybrid 3-2 work schedule (three days in the office, two days of teleworking) to accommodate the need for flexibility.<\/p>\n<p>At this time, Dominion Energy cannot transfer or sponsor a work visa or employment authorization for this position.<\/p>\n<h2><strong><u>Job Summary<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This internship\u00a0provides\u00a0an opportunity to gain hands-on experience\u00a0supporting,\u00a0designing\u00a0and developing business solutions that improve operational efficiency across Supply Chain and Shared Services functions.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The intern will work with business and technology teams\u00a0on projects involving\u00a0Microsoft Copilot Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other\u00a03rd-party tools. The role combines technology, business analysis, and process improvement to help modernize how work gets done across the organization.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist\u00a0with the design, development, testing, and deployment of\u00a0digital solutions including:<\/li>\n<li>Microsoft Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Applications with Power Apps.<\/li>\n<li>Automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes.<\/li>\n<li>Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to\u00a0identify\u00a0automation and AI use cases.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Additionally, you will:\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a strong network of peers and mentors\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Attend intern oriented professional development opportunities\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Participate in sponsored community service events\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Gain a basic understanding of data analytics and tools\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Work to develop communication skills to articulate business cases clearly, and to develop effective presentations\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities &amp; Experience<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong interest in artificial intelligence, business process automation, and digital transformation.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Basic understanding of data analysis and business process improvement concepts.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn\u00a0new technologies\u00a0quickly and work independently.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar productivity tools.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, data visualization tools, or programming languages is preferred but not\u00a0required.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong><u>Education Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor\u2019s degree program majoring in computer science, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field<\/li>\n<li>Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Must be graduating from their Bachelor&#8217;s degree program in 2028<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Export Control<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Certain positions at Dominion Energy may involve access to information and technology subject to export controls under U.S. law.\u00a0 Compliance with these export controls may result in Dominion Energy limiting its consideration of certain applicants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>What You&#8217;ll Get<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hourly Rate:<\/p>\n<p>$27.00 &#8211; $0<\/p>\n<p>The hourly rate listed is the rate we anticipate paying for this position.
