Location: <\/strong>Orrville, Corporate Offices\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Work Arrangements: <\/strong>Hybrid \u2013 at least 75% onsite expectations\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Work Schedule: <\/strong>We are looking for students who are available for a 3-month summer internship but also looking for students available for 6\u20138-month positions (from January \u2013 August or May \u2013 December). Please indicate your availability on the application.\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n In this role you will:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n Apply product development methodologies and scientific method to organize and execute one or more of the following project types through independent or teamwork: new product development initiative(s), analytical method development, or cost savings initiative.\u00a0<\/p>\n Maintain thorough lab records with hypotheses, protocols, results and next steps\u00a0<\/p>\n Maintain clean and organized laboratory work environment\u00a0<\/p>\n Work and communicate effectively and productively with peers and project teams\u00a0<\/p>\n Provide support to other team project trials or start-ups, training other team members or locations on new lab methods\/SOPs, and participate in team meetings and ideations\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n What we are looking for:\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n A Sophomore or Junior standing in school\u202fwith requisite educational experience in\u202fFood Science or related field\u00a0<\/p>\n A\u202fwell-rounded\u202fskill set\u202fincluding\u202fstrong time-management, ability to keep\u202fdetail-oriented\u202frecords,\u202fproven leadership abilities, good organization,\u202fand\u202fproject management skills\u202f\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Application Period:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p>\n Application period closes on November 6th, 2026\u00a0<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n Why Choose the J.M.
