You&#8217;ll be involved in the actual business development process from identifying companies and decision-makers to outreach, follow-up, networking and helping move opportunities through the pipeline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What You&#8217;ll Help With:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Research prospective companies and decision-makers<\/li>\n<li>Build targeted prospect lists<\/li>\n<li>Support LinkedIn, email and other outreach efforts<\/li>\n<li>Help manage and organize our sales pipeline and CRM<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with prospects and networking contacts<\/li>\n<li>Research networking events, associations and new business opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Help prepare for prospect meetings and sales conversations<\/li>\n<li>Track outreach, responses and follow-up activity<\/li>\n<li>Support referral and relationship-building efforts<\/li>\n<li>Identify new companies, industries and opportunities for Hello Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Learn how marketing and business development work together to generate revenue<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who We&#8217;re Looking For:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Someone who is outgoing, resourceful, organized and comfortable communicating with people. You should be willing to take initiative, ask questions, follow through and hear \u201cno\u201d without taking it personally.<\/p>\n<p>You do <strong>not<\/strong> need previous sales experience. We&#8217;re much more interested in someone with curiosity, confidence, good instincts and the willingness to learn.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for a student interested in <strong>sales, business development, entrepreneurship, marketing or eventually running a business of their own.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Compensation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>$17\/hour<\/li>\n<li>Approx 5\u201315 hours per week, based on availability and school schedule<\/li>\n<li>Additional performance bonuses for qualified meetings generated<\/li>\n<li>Additional bonus opportunities for new business directly sourced<\/li>\n<li>College internship credit can also be accommodated where applicable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>About Hello Marketing:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hello Marketing is a New Jersey-based marketing and business development agency working with companies across construction, professional services and other growth-focused industries.
