Associates\u2019 preparation will be achieved through education, skills development (training) and actual work experiences providing both intellectual and skill growth. Performs assigned duties, responsibilities, and studies throughout the bank as required through the training program. Become familiar with the operations and procedures in each of the departments training is provided and temporary work assignments are assigned. Incumbents must rotate sequentially throughout the company on a specified training program. Areas of focus may vary but are likely to include Wealth Management, Branch experience, Credit, Business Banking, Retail Collections, Operations, Wealth Management, Consumer Lending and other related areas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related degree required<\/li>\n<li>3.0 cumulative GPA desired<\/li>\n<li>Prior work and volunteer experience desired<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong writing, listening &amp; communication skills are necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal, customer relations and relationship-building skills required.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead and influence others.<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving and decision-making skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office products.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to learn technical aspects of position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\ufeffUnique Job Characteristics and Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Willing to assume job assignments during the training period and post training anywhere within the Bank\u2019s geographic footprint.
