You\u2019ll help the Out-of-School Time team evaluate program efforts and improve how information reaches youth, families and community partners.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Allegheny County DHS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) connects people in need with services that help. Each year, DHS and its network of 300+ community-based organizations serve more than 200,000 residents across Allegheny County.
