You\u2019ll support programs that help Allegheny County residents access public benefits, transportation, identification and other resources that promote economic stability.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About Allegheny County DHS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Allegheny County Department of Human Services (DHS) connects people in need with services that help. Each year, DHS and its network of 300+ community-based organizations serve more than 200,000 residents across Allegheny County.
