We are currently looking for Counter Sales Representative<strong> <\/strong>to join our fast-paced and innovative team.<\/p>\n<p>The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Greet customers warmly and professionally, answering their inquiries to ensure a positive experience.<\/li>\n<li>Reach out to customers via telephone to promote sales and extend our product offerings.<\/li>\n<li>Engage with customers to understand their requirements and specifications, providing instant solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer satisfaction with product offerings and resolve any issues that may arise.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate customer information in the system for reference and follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and communicate order information accurately to customers.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the printing of packing tickets and process customer payments through various methods including credit cards, cash, or checks.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and confirm delivery or pickup dates with customers to ensure a smooth transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Uphold high standards of customer service to guarantee customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the showroom and product displays are clean and organized at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of one (1) year of sales or customer service experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to read measurements accurately.<\/li>\n<li>Capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>Basic math and computer skills are necessary<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual in English and Chinese\/Spanish preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gross hourly rate: $18.25 per hour + Commission<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>* This is not remote job. *<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Crystal Window &amp; Door Systems, Ltd offers the comprehensive benefit package including 401K matching plan, FSA, health, dental &amp; life insurance plan, paid vacations, holidays, sick\/personal leaves and other benefit plans.
