Purpose:Provide services in assigned areas of food service management and provides dietary consultation under the direction of the Dietitian. Responsibilities: Conduct timely patient visits, accurately assessing nutrition risk levels per department criteria. Effectively communicate assigned nutrition risk to the appropriate clinical staff.
