Essential Responsibilities
- Compiling, recording, and analyzing financial information using QuickBooks
- Performing account reconciliations
- Reviewing accounting books and ledgers, and making journal entries to correct discrepancies
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial statements for tax return preparation
- Entering personal and business data into tax software and preparing individual and business tax returns
- Maintaining clear communication with clients and team members
