We’re looking for a self-motivated, high energy, passionate Social Media Intern to help with executing social media projects. The objective of this internship is to provide an opportunity for students to have hands-on experience working with an established home décor brand and to gain meaningful knowledge in the field of social media marketing. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work directly with our Social Media Marketing team on social media campaigns relating to content creation, posting and influencer outreach. 
  • Be a part of a team in creating daily story contents for all social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube.
  • Help conceptualize, create, edit and execute video and reel contents while identifying emerging trends
  • Assist team with influencer target list by researching, curating and updating Excel spreadsheet
  • Conduct ongoing industry research and content analysis to stay informed and on top of trends
  • Ability to create interactive content (images and video) that align with our brand look
  • Contribute to the team by bringing fresh and unique ideas 
  • Other duties may be assigned

 

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in relevant social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube, TikTok and any emerging channels
  • Must possess a strong understanding of the social media space
  • Ability to quickly adapt to ever-changing social landscape
  • Pulse on emerging social, influencer and home decor trends
  • Experience with programs like Canva and Adobe Premium Pro is a huge plus.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills as well as strong organizational skills
