Role Description

 

The Learning Specialist Intern role at PROJXON is a part-time, remote position supporting the design, implementation, and improvement of learning initiatives for internal teams and client projects. The intern will assist in developing training content, organizing learning materials, and maintaining learning documentation across various programs and platforms. Day-to-day tasks may include updating learning resources, coordinating with project leads to identify training needs, and supporting the deployment and tracking of learning activities in digital environments. The role involves collaborating virtually with cross-functional team members, contributing to continuous improvement of learning processes, and helping ensure that training solutions are effective, accessible, and aligned with business goals.

 

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems to help organize, track, and support digital training programs.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development and Instructional Design to assist in creating structured, engaging learning experiences and materials.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members, clarify learning needs, and present information clearly in written and verbal formats.
  • Interest or coursework in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including basic productivity software and online collaboration tools; prior exposure to e-learning tools is a plus.
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement within a consulting and tech-focused context.

  • Are you able to interview by July 10 and onboard to begin supporting our team by July 15-25 ,2026? Do you agree to the program parameters: Non-Paid, 6-month (180-day), part-time Graduate Level Internship requiring 20 hours per week? (REQUIRED)
  • Commit to weekly 90-minute meetings (PST); Monday & Friday @10am Company Meetings, Monday @12:00p Team Stand-ups, Wednesday @10:00a Professional Development, and several 1:1 coaching’s (REQUIRED)
  • Will you review the program at MomentumInternshipProgram.com, read the program graduate blogs, and review the entire Discovery Deck, and have a full understanding of the program before your interview?
