Who are we looking for? Students and new graduates to be part of our neurorehabilitation teams. In this role, you will work directly with individuals who have had brain Injuries as they continue their rehabilitation and strive for productive and meaningful lives. Our programs are residential, and you will work in conjunction with a clinical team including case management; physical, occupational, and speech therapies; therapeutic recreation; psychology; and medical services.
Duties include: Assisting clients with their medical needs and activities of daily living— You will help clients achieve their rehabilitation goals by assisting them to utilize the strategies developed by the clinical team in functional activities. This includes helping with minimum to maximum assistance with personal care (grooming, bathing and feeding) vocational pursuits, and recreational activities. You will also be responsible for completing documentation and participating in treatment planning.
