We are currently accepting resumes for a fall 2026 digital intern.

An internship at Maven gives a genuine experience of what it’s like to work at a small, and innovative communications firm. Interns provide support for a variety of accounts and perform tasks such as: 

  • support the development and execution of social media programs and create accompanying visuals
  • write blog posts, e-newsletters, and digital-first materials
  • develop compelling graphics, videos, and multimedia content
  • monitor and analyze social media performance, prepare analytics reports and recommendations for optimization
  • media materials writing
  • research projects
  • participation in team meetings and brainstorm sessions
  • opportunity to attend client meetings and events 

Requirements: 

  • Current college students majoring in PR, communications, digital media, journalism, or marketing.
  • Strong writing and graphic skills (samples might be requested).
  • Interest in learning more about B2B and B2C communications for companies in real estate, professional services, and nonprofits.
  • Knowledge and comfort using the entire Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Canva, Google docs. 
  • Previous internships a plus.

Our fall internship program runs from August through December (start and end date are flexible based on school schedules). Interns are required to be available to work at least 21 hours/week. This is a paid position with a hybrid schedule in our center city Philadelphia office located on Broad Street.
