The Hawk’s Den Fitness Center is located in Oakwood Hall. The fitness center features:
- Treadmills
- elliptical machines
- exercise bike
- weight machine
- free weights
- exercise balls and mats
- chin-up/pull-up/ab station
Students may use the large screen TVs while they workout. The Hawk’s Den is open every day from 6 AM to midnight. Students must use their Monmouth University ID card to enter the facility.
The Residential Quad is a large lawn area located between Willow Hall and Spruce Hall. This is a great place for students to hang out, study, or take in some sun. Throughout the school year, events are held on the Resident Quad for all students to enjoy. Located in front of the residence halls around the quad are benches and tables for students to use.
Resident students are also encouraged to use the sand volleyball court located on the parking lot side of Elmwood Hall.
