The AOL committee is composed of at least one faculty member from each department and invites a liaison from the Curriculum Committee to their meetings in order to ensure &#8220;closing the loop.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"functions\"><strong>Functions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-big-body\">The committee is charged with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewing the BSBA &amp; MBA learning goals in collaboration with the Curriculum Committee;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring and facilitating the development of program objectives, rubrics, instruments and methods for assessing student achievement for each learning goal;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Making recommendations to faculty, chairs, administration, and\/or appropriate committees regarding curriculum deficiencies in collaboration with the Curriculum Committee;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Disseminating the assessment results to all appropriate stakeholders, and;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assuring these results are utilized for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"committee\"><strong>Committee<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<h3
