The Strategic Planning Process

The Leon Hess Business School Strategic Planning Committee was formed and charged to develop the School’s strategic planning process. The committee is tasked to review the School’s mission statement for its currency and viability; establish the guiding principles that serve as pillars for the School’s programs and initiatives; and to work with faculty members and the Dean’s Office in the planning process and implementation of strategies for the School.
