We strive to provide the University community with excellent service as well as providing information in a friendly and timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our office is responsible for billing of tuition and fees, third-party agreements, payment plans and refunds.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"university-payment-plans\"><strong>University Payment Plans<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Monmouth University payment plans are available in the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.monmouth.edu\">Student Bill &amp; Payment Center<\/a>. Payment plans make it easy to plan, budget and pay tuition payments on-time, interest free and without any surprises. Students can enroll in an available plan and make payments via direct debit from a bank account or by using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All payment plans have a $45.00 enrollment fee that is required to be paid at the time of enrollment. Please access the <a href=\"https:\/\/my.monmouth.edu\">Student Bill &amp; Payment Center<\/a> to enroll now!\u00a0 If you have any questions regarding these plans or how to set up your plan please access our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monmouth.edu\/bursar\/payment-plans-plus-faq\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Payment Plan FAQs<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"helpful-hints\">Helpful Hints<\/h2>\n\n\n<p>Official billing communications are sent to students via their Monmouth University e-mail account. <strong>Please check your student e-mail account on a regular basis<\/strong>. Paper bills are not mailed, students and authorized users may view their bill on the portal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Although parents or a third party may pay your bill (e.g., employer, agency, government) the bill is in the student&#8217;s name and therefore, the student is responsible to ensure it gets paid. Parents can be added as an authorized user on the Student Bill &amp; Payment Center account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">To add authorized users, students must log into their <a href=\"http:\/\/my.monmouth.edu\">MyMU portal<\/a>. Once logged in, click on the <em>Student<\/em> <em>Bill &amp; Payment Center<\/em> link. Then, click the <em>Authorized Users<\/em> tab on the right hand side.&nbsp; You will need to enter the email addresses for any person you would like to set up.
