Her work is grounded in the belief that leadership begins with identity, titles may open doors, but self-awareness and alignment shape how leaders show up and lead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through speaking and experiential leadership development, Baker supports women in strengthening confidence, reclaiming their voice, and leading from the inside out. Founded in 2019, the firm partners with brands, agencies, and private equity-backed companies to deliver senior-level talent across growth, performance marketing, digital product, and omnichannel leadership roles nationwide. Hawkeye Search Group combines enterprise-level reach with a highly relationship-driven, hands-on approach to executive search.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proud Monmouth University alumnus, Williams earned his B.S. in business administration with a concentration in finance in 2004. Fred was a student-athlete who left his mark on the football field as a Linebacker of the Northeast Conference Champion team of \u201903 and the recipient of the Coaches Award his senior year.\u00a0Fred is a co-founder and current board member of The Yarak Fund, a group that supports the growth of Monmouth University Football. He remains closely connected to the University as an alumni mentor and donor, supporting students and fellow alumni through career guidance and professional development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Williams is committed to community service. She has worked with major outlets including WABC, FOX5, and News12 in roles ranging from producer to on-air host. In 2017, she produced &#8220;Jersey Matters with Larry Mendte&#8221;, highlighting impactful human-interest stories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Her work has earned two New York Emmy Awards, two \u201cBest of the Best\u201d News TV Awards from the New Jersey Broadcasters Association, and honors including Athena recognition from the Monmouth County Regional Chamber of Commerce and Phenomenal Woman Under 40. She was also named Miss Congeniality at the Miss New Jersey USA pageants in 2016 and 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond journalism, Bukowiec owns KJ Media and Consulting LLC, helping clients build their brands through strategic media and content consulting.
