Kaitlyn Campanile \u201911, <\/span> Attorney, Law Office of Kaitlyn R. Campanile, LLC<\/span><\/summary>
\n

Kaitlyn Campanile received her B.S. in Finance and Economics from Monmouth University, where she graduated summa cum laude in 2011 from the Monmouth University Honors Program. She went on to Seton Hall University School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2014. While at Seton Hall, Campanile served as President of the Employment Law Forum and Vice-Justice of Phi Alpha Delta. She was also selected to participate in the Seton Hall Law Center for Social Justice\u2019s Family Law Clinic, and interned at the Superior Court and Federal Bankruptcy Court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After graduating law school, Campanile served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mara Zazzali-Hogan, J.S.C. at the Monmouth County Superior Court. She then worked at several prominent law firms in Monmouth County, prior to starting her own practice in 2020. Campanile’s experience includes representing condominium and homeowners associations in the capacity of general legal counsel, handling transactional real estate matters, and litigating for corporate clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Law Office of Kaitlyn R. Campanile, LLC is located in Oakhurst and focuses primarily on community association law, which involves assisting condominium and homeowners associations with all types of legal matters, including drafting and amending governing documents, rule enforcement, assisting with elections and membership meetings, guiding boards of trustees on governance issues, reviewing contracts, as well as handling collections, foreclosures, and bankruptcy matters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Tamari Lagvilava \u201912,
<\/span> Attorney, Office of Chief Counsel, U.S. Customs and Border Protection<\/span><\/summary>
\n

Tamari Lagvilava is a senior attorney at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Chief Counsel, Enforcement and Operations Section, where she provides legal advice to CBP headquarters officials on all aspects of CBP\u2019s enforcement mission. Lagvilava leads her office\u2019s Enforce and Protect Act (EAPA) legal practice advising on administrative investigations, as well as related litigation, involving evasion of antidumping and countervailing duty orders. She also handles a wide range of legal issues related to customs enforcement matters including forced labor and customs penalties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lagvilava joined CBP in 2017, following a clerkship at the U.S. Court of International Trade. Tamari is a graduate of the George Washington University Law School and Monmouth University.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Lindsey Melody Specht \u201910,
<\/span> Senior Counsel, Stand Together<\/span><\/summary>
\n

Lindsey Melody Specht serves as senior counsel at Stand Together, counseling a variety of tax exempt organizations on political law and nonprofit advocacy\/tax law and compliance, and working on related policy and litigation matters nationwide focusing on political speech and donor privacy. Before Stand Together, Specht served as counsel to the Republican Commissioners at the Federal Election Commission, advising on enforcement matters, advisory opinions, and agency operations. Immediately upon graduating law school, she clerked in state trial court in Maryland. Lindsey serves on the Board of the Republican National Lawyers Association as Secretary, and on the Alumni Council of CUA Law, and is an active member of the political law bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Specht is a 2010 Monmouth University Honors School and magna cum laude grad, holding a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in English. She has a J.D. from Catholic (CUA) Law (2013), where she was on Catholic’s 1A moot court, editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law, Philosophy and Culture, and active in other student organizations. She lives in the DC suburbs with her husband, tiny humans, and dog.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Dan Roman \u201915,
<\/span> Deputy Attorney General, NJ Attorney General’s Office<\/span><\/summary>
\n

Dan Roman is a deputy attorney general at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General. Roman is a 2015 graduate of Monmouth University. At Monmouth, Roman was a captain of the Debate Team and president of the Political Science and Pre-Law clubs. His last semester at Monmouth was spent in Washington, D.C. where he participated in the White House Internship Program for then-president Barack Obama. Roman went on to graduate from Seton Hall Law School in 2018. After law school, he became a law clerk for the honorable Miguel de la Carrera, J.S.C., New Jersey Superior Court judge in the Passaic County Vicinage. After his clerkship, Roman worked as a staff attorney at the Center for Hope and Safety, a non-profit organization where he represented indigent victims of domestic violence in family law court. He also served as an assistant prosecutor with the Morris County Prosecutor\u2019s Office from 2022\u20132023 where he prosecuted domestic violence cases.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/details><\/div>\n\n\n\n\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
