Ms.
Earnestine Simpson-Steverson, Ms.
Earnestine Simpson-Steverson, LCSW, is an
instructor teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate level in policy, human
behavior, introduction to social work and supervision. Prior to teaching full-time,
Ms.Simpson-Steverson has been practicing social work in direct practice as well as
administration. Her areas of interests include cultural diversity and families. |

Dr. Nora Smith is an Instructor teaching at both the graduate
and undergraduate level including introduction to Social Work, Field Education, Research,
Group Work, and Social Work Practice with families. Her areas of research and
interests include families, addiction, and child welfare. |

Dr. Mary E. Swigonski is an Assistant Professor who
regularly teaches undergraduate and graduate course in human behavior, field
practice, social policy and research. She is also able to teach social work practice
with groups, social work practice with the aged, administration, diversity, alternative
families and international women's issues. Her research interests include human
behavior and the social environment, diversity, lesbian and gay issues, and gender
studies. |

Prof. Kelly Ward, LCSW, CADC is an Assistant Professor who is
all but dissertation (ABD) at Fordham University. Her teaching at the graduate and
undergraduate level includes policy, human behavior, introduction to social work, field,
and special topic classes including addictions, substance abuse populations, and using the
DSM IV. In the graduate program she can teach field, supervision, administration, policy
and human behavior. Her areas of research interest include intergenerational substance
abuse and other aspects of addiction. |

Mr. Paul Longo serves as the Field Coordinator for both the BSW
and MSW Programs. His interest and experiences are primarily in community/ macro
practice. His experience includes labor, community and strike
organizing, occupational safety and health, homelessness, transitional housing and
homeownership opportunities planning for tenants. |
