Ed Schiff – (Da, General Mackenzie) is featured in the films War of the Worlds and The Warrior Class. He is probably best known for his role of Detective John Wolfe on the ABC-TV soap opera, One Life to Live and for his previous roles on Search for Tomorrow and The Guiding Light. On Broadway, he was Phillippe in the The Black Picture Show, directed by Joe Papp, and King Henry in the recent New York revival of the Cole Porter/Moss Hart revival of Jubilee!. Other favorite roles include: Sydney in Deathtrap and Dysart in Equus; title roles in King Lear, Man of LaMancha, Papa is All, The Music Man, Vincent, Calthropia!, and Chiam’s Love Song; and leading roles in The Fantasticks (El Gallo), Romantic Comedy (Jason), My Fair Lady (Higgins), Annie Get Your Gun (Buffalo Bill), and the recent regional theatre productions of Golf with Alan Shephard at the 7 Angels Theatre in Waterbury, CT, and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof at the Arts Center of Coastal Carolina in Hilton Head, SC. Mr. Schiff has more thanb 200 credits as an actor, director, and producer in film, television, and theater. He is a former television newscaster and journalist, having started those careers on the Jersey Shore with the Asbury Park Press, The Lakewood Times and as editor of The Ocean County Observer. Mr. Schiff started the first dinner theatres at the Jersey Shore, and he is delighted to be in the town where he was born. |

Briana Trautman-Maier - (Jill Tanner, The Yellow Peril, Vera Claythorne) has done shows in Manhattan and New Jersey, countless readings, and more than two dozen films, one of which, Monogamo Sucesivo recently screened at the Malaga Film Festival in Spain. Briana earned her BFA at the University of Connecticut, and is a proud new member of Actor’s Equity. She is a company member of NJ Rep and the First Look Theatre Company in Manhattan. |

Kyle Bradford – (Drum, Rogers) is thrilled to be making his professional dramatic stage debut with Shadow Lawn Stage! No stranger to the musical theatre venue, he appeared recently as Joe Boyd in Wisconsin’s Fireside Theatre production of Damn Yankees. He was also seen at Philadelphia’s Walnut Street Theatre in My Fair Lady, Hello, Dolly!, and Damn Yankees. His favorite roles include The Padre in Man of La Mancha and Enoch Snow in Carousel. A proud member of Actor’s Equity, his New York credits include Tales From the Manhattan Woods with Opera New York, and the U.S. premier of Frankenstein ... do you dream at the inaugural New York Musical Theatre Festival. Linda Cameron – (Mrs. Baker, Mother, Mrs. Rogers) Linda has appeared in several national tours of Man of La Mancha opposite such Don Quiotes as Richard Kiley, John Collum, and Robert Goulet. Off-Broadway, she has performed in Eat the Runt, We’re Still Hot, and Dr. Sex. Regionally, she has performed at the Actor’s Theatre of Louisville, the Denver Center Theatre Company, and the Charlotte Repertory Theatre. |

Bill Timoney - (Oliver, Dr. Armstrong) Bill’s stage credits include The Mundy Scheme at the Irish Arts Center in New York City, as well as several shows with the Celtic Theatre Company of New Jersey. He sometimes can be found on the daytime drama All My Children as Alfred Vanderpool, a role he began portraying in 1982. Bill’s other TV credits include Malcolm in the Middle, The Jamie Kennedy Experience, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, and The Guiding Light. |

Brendan Ryan – (Don Baker, Charlie Then, Marston) This is Brendan’s second season with the Shadow Lawn Stage. An amazing last-minute replacement in last season’s Little Murders, Brendan is pleased to be back with Shadow Lawn this season, working in all three shows. |

David Volin –(Judge Wargrave) Returning for his third season, David is happy to be back at Shadow Lawn Stage. Regional credits include working at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia, The Theater Project in Massachusetts, the New Jersey Repertory Company, the Women's Theatre Company, the Tri-State Actors Theatre, and the Holmdel Theatre Company. |
| John J. Burke, Ph.D. – Artistic Director, Shadow Lawn Stage (Director: Butterflies are Free; Da) Jack received his Ph.D. in Theatre at Michigan Stage University and has been the chair of the Music and Theatre Arts Department at Monmouth University for the past ten years. His theatrical interests include Irish theatre, directing, and creative dramatics. He studied improvisation and theatre games with Paul Sills and taught theatre on almost every level, from pre-school to University. Jack is particularly proud of the achievements of the students in the Music and Theatre Arts Department, which will have more than 150 majors this fall. |
| George Hansel - (Director: And Then There Were None) Mr. Hansel, who currently co-directs the Asbury Park Black Box Theatre, has owned and operated a traveling children’s theatre company, which is how he lost his hair. For the past four seasons, he has been the lighting designer for the student productions and Shadow Lawn Stage. |

| Fernando Del Guercio – Fred received his BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art. He is a visual artist and an architectural interior designer. He also has worked as an adjunct professor in the Art department at Monmouth University since 1993.This is Fred’s fourth season with the Shadow Lawn Stage, and he loves the challenge of creating environments in which to play. |
| Caitlin Delaney – (Company Manager, Box Office Manager) Caitlin has grown up "backstage," attending rehearsals with her mother for a high school production of South Pacific when she was two months old. A graduate of Monmouth University, Class of 2006, she has worked at the Woods Theatre since 1997, volunteering to work the box office and concessions, as well as serving as house manager and a host of other positions. In high school, she stage managed and teched the eight shows during her years there, returning as stage manager for two more years, after graduation in 2002. Theatre is "in her blood," and she continues to keep the "fever" alive with her work at the Shadow Lawn Stage this summer. |
| Linda Delaney – (Costume Design, Theatrical Production Coordinator) Linda has been designing and building costumes since high school. She spent twenty years as a high school science teacher, continuing to build and design costumes for the two shows a year in her schools. A dollmaker and shop owner, she came to the Woods Theatre in 1997 as a consultant on costumes for Grannia. Since then, Linda has been designing and working in the department in costumes, publicity, and other areas. Her most recent work here has been Cabaret and The Rocky Horror Show. |
| Ron Frangipane – (Music and Sound Design) Emmy Award winning composer, producer, and musician, Ron Frangipane has worked in film, TV, theatre and the record industry for mroe than thirty-five years. Ron has his BFA in Music from Eastman School of Music, and his MFA from Goddard College. He has studied with Igor Stravinsky and Aaron Copeland, as well as Harold Hanson, Paul Creston, Samuel Adler and Bernard Rogers. He is the recipient of twenty-three gold and platinum records as a producer in the record industry working with such notable artists as John Lennon and Yoko Ono, Janis Ian, Kiss, Dusty Springfield, Diana Ross, Grace Slick, the Monkees, the Archies, and the Rolling Stones, to name a few. In 1981 he received an Emmy Award for his orchestration of the NBC series, This was America. He was the orchestrator and music director for the Broadway production of Billy Budd. He has composed for seven commercial films, such as The Greek Tycoon, as well as several IMAX scores. Before coming to Monmouth, Ron composed and produced promotional news music for NBC, ABC, CBS, and the Fox Network, as well as for the Discovery Channel, the Movie Channel, the BBC, and the Sky Network in England. He has been teaching at Monmouth for the past ten years and oversees the Music Industry program. The end of the season will mark his thirty-second show with the Shadow Lawn Stage. |
| Christine M. Jensen – (Student Assistant) ¬ Christine has worked in the department offices for the past year as work-study student. She is a sophomore Music major, and plays the oboe and the piano. Her love is electronic music. This is her first season with Shadow Lawn Stage. |
| Nick Perrotti – (Student Assistant) Nick has been a work-study student in the department who worked on the set for The Rocky Horror Show. Nick is a sophomore Music Industry major, and this is his first season with the Shadow Lawn Stage. He is working as an assistant carpenter. |
| Jessica Randell – (Student Assistant) This is Jessica’s first season working backstage at Shadow Lawn Stage. Jessica is a student in the Music and Theatre Department, and during the academic year she has performed in the student productions as Frauline Kost in Cabaret, and as Usherette/dancer in The Rocky Horror Show. |
| Daniel Swiatek – (Student Assistant) Daniel is a junior Music major in the Music and Theatre Arts Department. This is Daniel’s first summer with the Shadow Lawn Stage. He is a composer, poet, and Bonsai collector |
| Angela Swercheck (Student Assistant) Angela is a senior Music Education major in the Music and Theatre Arts Department, with a minor in Theater. This is her first season with Shadow Lawn Stage, and she is looking forward to the challenges of the summer theatre. |
