Suite (CIT) Residence Halls
- First-year students
- May occupy all or a portion of our suite-style halls:
Laurel, Beechwood, Cedar, and Willow
These smoke-free halls have tiled rooms (information included in your assignment package).
These halls provide suite-style accommodations. There are four or six bedrooms, which share a common living area/room and bathroom. Coed by suite.

- Desk and chair for each student
- Dresser for each student
- A microwave provided in the lobby
- Vending machines located in the lobby
- Laundry machines located on each floor.

- Approx. room size: 15’ x 11’
- Approx. window size: 4’ x 3.5’
- Approx. closet size: 6’ x 3.5’
- Mattress size: 80” (only twin, extra-long sheets fit mattresses)
Traditional Residence Halls
- First-year students
- Elmwood, Pinewood, and Mullaney Hall
These smoke-free halls have tiled rooms (information included in your assignment package).
These halls provide traditional-style and smoke-free accommodations and usually house first-year students. The rooms are connected by a central hallway with a common bathroom at the end of the hall.
