Welcome from the Financial Aid Office
Your letter of acceptance to Monmouth University reflects our confidence that you have what it takes to be a successful contributor to the University community. Your submission of a tuition deposit reflects your belief that you want to be a part of that community. We are committed, therefore, to working with you and your family to establish a financial partnership to translate that belief into reality. To make that dream a reality, many students (approximately 94%) require some form of financial assistance.
To assist you in finding the resources you need, we have provided a brief description of the financial aid process, as well as useful telephone numbers and URLs.
In an effort to better serve you, the University has made financial aid information available to you via Monmouth’s Web site. Once you have been provided a user ID and password, you can look forward to being able to access real-time information regarding your financial aid package and student account through WebStudent. This information is intended to serve as a reference guide for you and not as a substitute for contact with a financial aid counselor.
Should you have particular questions, the professional staff in the Financial Aid Office will gladly take time to discuss your concerns. Please feel free to call the office at 732-571-3463 or visit us. The office is located on the first floor of Wilson Hall and is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Wednesday from 8:45 a.m. to 6 p.m. You may also contact us via e-mail at finaid@monmouth.edu.
Congratulations on your acceptance. We look forward the development of a partnership between you, your family, and the Financial Aid Office. Best wishes for a successful semester.
