A Letter from the Bursar

Welcome! The staff in the Bursar’s and Cashier’s offices is available to assist students and parents in making payment arrangements. Both offices are located on the first floor of Wilson Hall.

The Bursar’s Office is responsible for all aspects of a student’s financial account, including billing of tuition, fees, and room and board. The office also coordinates the posting of financial aid, tuition credits, and refunds.

The Cashier’s Office handles all payments for student tuition and fees, and miscellaneous charges such as enrollment deposits and transcript and graduation fees.

Currently, both offices are open 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Check the Bursar Web site for any updates in our hours of operation.
