Monmouth University's Information Management division is organized to support and to be a proactive partner in the information requirements of our community from the dorms to our learning management system, from parents to students to alumni, from staff to faculty to administrators to the board of trustees, wherever and whenever they engage the university or become a part of our community.
The division strives to be innovative in delivering services to our community. Our success is noted in our early adoption of LISP network services by Cisco Networks, early adoption of IPv6 protocol across the entire network, receipt from OnBase of the 2010 Real Solutions Award, and an Excellence in Technology Education Award in 2011 from the New Jersey Technology Council. Our staff also serve on various advisory boards including Brightspace and Ellucian. Finally, our partnerships across the University have been noted in national, regional and local conferences and presentations.
Information Management's responsibilities include wired and wireless network operations, telecommunications, administrative and academic systems administration and programming, network and system security, learning management systems administration, help desk operations, media operations, instructional support, and application training and support.
