This is a special edition of our Content Manager Newsletter! As you know, we will be unveiling a redesigned Monmouth Web site this summer. A special THANK YOU to MU content managers for completing large-scale projects last month. We appeciate all your help as we work to launch the new site.

There are many things to look forward to with the new Web site.

You'll have more space to work with on a page, an easier-to-use navigation, and an expanded use of smart forms. Learn about all the new features of the Web site.

Right now, we're populating our events calendar and creating profiles for the "Faces of Monmouth."

Got an event you'd like to post this summer? Know a current student or alum doing great things? Help us promote all that we do at Monmouth and the great people who've been here. Send us your events and recommend some names.

In early June, your redesigned Web pages will be staged for your review.

At that time, we'll ask you to look over your pages before they go live. You'll be able to check out your content and make any fixes or changes. Until then, please continue to update your content as normal through Ektron.

In August, Ektron CMS training will be available for the new site.

This training will familiarize you with the new design and features of the Web site; it will also serve as a refresher on Ektron. The session is optional and will last approximately one hour and 15 minutes.
