Central Jersey Consortium for Excellence and Equity Holds Back to School Dinner Party

On August 26 the Central Jersey Consortium for Excellence and Equity invited area superintendents to an informative dinner to learn more about this year’s workshops and to meet the new School of Education Dean, Dr. John Henning. The event was held at the Samuel Magill Commons Club Dining Room and featured dinner and raffles provided by the consortium.

Attendees of the event received one complimentary seat at the first workshop being held on September 21 which will feature renowned author, essayist, and educator, Tim Wise.

The Central Jersey Consortium for Excellence and Equity (CJCEE) is an evolving collaboration of administrators, teachers, support staff, parents, and elementary and secondary students that are collectively committed to learning and working together to enhance the achievement and well-being of all students, as well as increasing the academic performance, engagement, and future success of traditionally underachieving students. CJCEE focuses on inter-district collaboration and shared learning for continuous improvement in eliminating the disparities in achievement and school engagement among students.
