The School of Education at Monmouth University is pleased to announce the fourth year of their Principals' Academy for principal and vice-principals.
The purpose of the School of Education Principals' Academy is to create a forum for dialogue and an exchange of ideas and experiences. Using the university as a catalyst, the academy will provide professional growth opportunities for principals and assistant principals that will focus on dynamic leadership that promotes reflective practice and affects teacher and student learning. Additionally, it will create a network of support for colleagues and establish a collaborative relationship with the university, university faculty, and its resources.

The Academy will hold four workshops a year with topics on timely issues directly related to matters of interest to educational administrators.
The focus of this years Principals’ Academies will be leadership. The topics are being developed and delivered by the steering committee they will be very interactive. This, I'm sure will be one of our best series. They will include strategies and techniques for both novice and seasoned administrators. The first session will also include a presentation by our new Dean, Dr. Henning.
