- Can I bring my job in on a disk, or do you need hard copy?
You can do both. If you use a disk, please also give us a hard copy so we can ensure you get what you want. If you have any questions about using a disk, just call extension 4890.
- Can I submit my requisition form online?
Yes, the Copy Center has an online requisition form you can use to submit your job. Please visit: http://www2.monmouth.edu/mucopy/forms/requisition.aspx.
- Do you offer color copies?
Yes. Our color copier can produce your job in any size from 3" x 5" to 11" x 17". We also offer color transparencies and large color posters.
- Are Copy Center prices less expensive than going off campus?
Yes. Because we are a department of the University, we don't have to make a profit like a commercial shop. We also don't charge sales tax. Any monies that come to the Copy Center benefit the University. Our prices are usually less than any other shop or facility. If not, we are authorized to meet or beat any commercial shop's prices on any work produced at the Copy Center.
- Can I wait for my job?
Yes. We will process your job immediately, while you wait, if necessary. Otherwise, when your job is completed, it will be delivered to your office as soon as possible.
- When will my job be completed?
All jobs are completed and delivered based on the due date and time you indicated on the Copy Center Requisition. By retaining a copy of your requisition, you will have a record of when your job is due. If there are any delays in processing your job, you will be notified. Just let us know when you need it, and we will make every effort to meet your deadline. We are on time or ahead of time more than 99 percent of the time!
