The Willow Hall Renovation Project consists of the replacement of interior finishes and life safety/deferred maintenance upgrades to a student residence hall. Willow Hall is the fifth in a series of seven residence hall renovations. In addition to many mechanical and plumbing upgrades, the Willow Hall Renovation Project includes: new light fixtures; new carpet; new floor tile; new ceiling tiles; new bathroom ceilings; new furniture; and new window blinds. This work is complete; the Certificate of Occupancy (CO) was received August 11, 1999.
