About the PNC Bank Arts Center The PNC Bank Arts Center is a modern amphitheatre located in Holmdel, NJ. It is an open-air venue that provides protection from the rain but not the temperature. Graduates and guests are advised to dress accordingly, taking into account that the Commencement Ceremony is a dignified event. |
